The Fluke 705 is a cost-effective, integrated solution for calibrating milliamp loops with a large display and simple pushbutton interface for ease of use. The 705 features mA sourcing, simulation, and measurements with 0.02 accuracy and 0.001 mA resolution. It includes a 24-volt internal loop supply, so you can power and read a transmitter at the same time without a digital multimeter. Loop calibrators, such as the Fluke 705,715,707,709/709H and the 707eX (Intrinsically Safe) can be used to replace the power source in a current loop while calibrators like the 772 or 773 can take measurements without breaking the loop

For an intuitive user interface the Fluke 709 precision mA Loop Calibrator has best-in-class accuracy at 0.01% reading. The Fluke 709 mA loop calibrator is designed to reduce the time it takes to measure and source voltage or current and power up a loop and still produce high-quality results. It features a protective holster that fits easily in a technician’s hand and a large backlit display that is easy to read, even in dark, cramped work areas. Also included is a NIST-traceable calibration report and data.

Instrumentation professionals and electricians find the Fluke 789 ProcessMeter the ultimate troubleshooting tool. The 789 combines the functionality of a full-feature loop calibrator with the power of a CAT III 1000 V, Cat IV 600 V safety rated digital multimeter, and the wireless capabilities of Fluke Connect connectivity with an optional IR3000FC module. The Fluke 789 has a built-in 24-V loop supply, which reduces the need to carry a separate power supply when doing offline transmitter testing. You can also add the wireless data logging capabilities of the Fluke Connect mobile app to log data wirelessly to your smartphone and review it from a remote location.

Fluke’s 771 Milliamp Process Clamp Meter provides the basic functionality expected from a milliamp clamp meter. Measure 4-20 mA signals without “breaking the loop” allowing you to measure low-level DC current without having to take systems offline for troubleshooting, saving money and downtime. The Fluke 771 will also measure output signals from transmitters without breaking the loop when maintaining and troubleshooting process and automation equipment. For accuracy, versatility, and portability the Fluke 773 is ideal for troubleshooting transmitters, valves, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) found in process plants. The 773 allows you to connect to an mA loop in a traditional series workflow to measure, source, or simulate a control system. Also, in older control systems it measures up to 99.0 mA non-contact, including 10-50mA signals. The 773 also includes simultaneous mA in-circuit measurement with 24 V loop power for powering and testing the transmitter. Use the Hold function to capture measurements on-screen for verification and recording purposes

With a built-in electric pump, the Fluke 719 Electric Pressure Calibrator provides pressure calibration at your fingertips. Because there is no hand pumping you can calibrate and test pressure devices quickly and easily with one hand, saving valuable time. Use the programable pump limits settings to eliminate over-pressurization and set “pump to” valves. Fluke’s unique cleanout port reduces pump failures and makes the 719 easy to clean without repair. Other features include Simulate mA signals to troubleshoot 4-20 mA loops, a 24 V loop supply, and a 3-year warranty.

To calibrate both temperature and pressure transmitters the Fluke 725 Multifunction Process Calibrator can be used to easily source and measure almost any process parameter. Measure and source mA, volts, temperature (RTD’s and Thermocouples), Frequency, ohms, and pressure using optional pressure modules. Simple controls make operation easy, and the backlit display provides better visibility in poor light. For troubleshooting, you can test a transmitter out of the circuit and better isolate problems. The 725 can also test a variety of fast pulsed RTD transmitters and PLCs (Programmable logic controllers) with pulses as short as 10 ms. The Fluke 753 Documenting Process Calibrator is a powerful multifunction documenting calibrator that lets you download procedures, lists, and instructions created with the software, and upload data for printing, archiving, and analysis. It simulates, and measures pressure, temperature, and electrical signals in one rugged, hand-held calibration tool. The 753 does the work of several tools, with simultaneous source and measurement capabilities for all common process parameters. Fluke’s 750P Series Pressure Modules will turn your Fluke Multifunction Calibrator into a full-function pressure calibrator. The flexible modules not only work with multifunction calibrators like the 725, 726, and 750 Series Calibrators but also extend the measurement range of Fluke pressure calibrators. Because pressure modules are calibrated independently, they can be swapped from one calibrator to another without a loss of accuracy or traceability. With over 50 pressure modules covering calibration and measurement workloads from 1 inH20 to 10,000 psi (2.5 mBar to 690 bar) finding a model to meet the needs of your specific application is easier than ever. All models include MNPT, metric (BSP), and M20 adaptors. The 750P Series Pressure Modules feature a rugged boot that guards the module against shock and seals against dirt and dust.
